It’s finally time to show off the thing that I’ve been working on!

Floral Prisms! 🌿

These obelisks are small (about 4″ long), battery powered LED lights. The herb is underlit by a warm LED light which refracts through the petals and leaves of the herb and out the clear resin prism to create a cool lighting effect.

The base is a 3D printed casing made of wood PLA – that is, a hybrid plastic made of plant-based plastic and Poplar wood pulp. It has the feel and color of wood while still being very perfectly angular.
